It is nice to have automatic file encoding to UTF8 or to other encoding if we put non english character at code editor. Just like Visual Studio

Or may be, there is but i don't know.

Not sure what exactly you have in mind. You mean that file encoding should change to utf-8 if you enter character not in current code-page?

Currently if i want to put a comment to my source code with japanese, i have to change the encoding to UTF-8 then write the comment.

So it would be nice to change encoding to UTF-8 automatically when i input japanese text.
