When I create new project, all needed c++ files are build. Is possible once build libs and use it with new projects?

TheIDE should actually do this. The object files from cache should be used as long as your second package uses
1) Same build flags (e.g. both are GUI MT)
2) Same assembly (e.g. both packages reside in MyApps)

Best regards,
Honza
