Modified:
- RichObjectExchange class removed (use RichObject instead)
- Assist++: Go to symbol is now case insensitive, listing full matches first and case insensitive matches next
- Assist++: Various improvements in parsing, error recovery and heurestics should result in more code recognized by assist++
Fixed:
- PDB debugger: problem with steping over switch statement
