TheIDE [Close others] options don' t work properly [message #54532]

since some days, TheIDE Close others tab features don't work anymore. It do nothing and move the tab cursor to the first one opened.

Step to reproduce :
Open TheIDE
Open a project
Open severals files (.cpp / .h) by cliking them on theIDE
Select one of the tab and right click it
Select Close others

The tab cursor will be move to the first one (main.cpp on the screenshot) but all other tab won't get closed.
After a quick test, all Close related options dont do anything

Upp Version 14764 (compiled today)

Hello Xemuth,

I can confirm and I can tell you why it was not detected during development. The reason for that is simple - Mirek doesn't use TabBar Wink

I will contact him to tell him that this is important for other developers that are using TheIDE.

Well, this is was introduced with the latest batch of Koldo's TabBar improvements, 15 days ago. Should be now fixed.

It's well known that I don't mind acknowledging my mistakes, but don't put all the blame on me either. Very Happy

When I proposed these new features in TabBar, I found many bugs, not evident using TheIDE, but relevant for other applications.

I'm not the TabBar maintainer, and don't know it well, but I tried my best solving them in the minimum time.

Surprisingly the changes were accepted Shocked

, and I didn't realize that a change that didn't affect me affected TheIDE.

I'm sorry!

Mirek, as I told you before, I offer to maintain TabBar. I assure you that I'll be more careful. Smile
