* Ctrl::IsStyle and IsXPStyle() flags were redone to Chameleon variables
+ FileSel options:
MkDirOption / NoMkDirOption - dialog has mkdir button
EditFileName / NoEditFileName - user can type filenames into the dialog
+ Toolbar buttons chameleonized

Two things are still there:
1.FontSel doesn't show Chinese font name correctly
2.release build,MSC71,CtrLib.t
"C:\upp\uppsrc\CtrlLib\CtrlLib.t(630) : error C2001: newline in constant"

Hm, have we got somewhere with second one? (First is simply something to fix... btw, could you send me some chinesse named font to test via private message or email?)

Obviously, one solution to (2) is to provide .t editor, but that does not make me happy... (OTOH, .t compresion would be nice... but mostly irrelevant - there are not enough strings to make it viable I think).
