First of all,thank you for the great framework!
Is there a way to use LayoutDesigner as a "standalone" package/class?
Actually, I've managed to add LayoutDesigner to my own application,
but have no idea how to configure/initialize it and load .lay files.

Sorry, right now it is deeply integrated with TheIDE...

However, maybe it would not be THAT hard:

See ide/idefile.cpp 366, that is the place where TheIDE creates a designer (based on .lay extension) and loads a file to it.
