602beta3 win installer crashes [BUG] [message #1137]

The Windows version of 602beta3 installer withouth bundled MinGW crashes after the files are extracted. The MinGW-bundled version seems OK.

On your screenshot I see that theide.exe crashed. So it seems like it is not a installer problem. Can you run theide manually (after decompressing files and that crash) ?

Yes theIde.exe seems to execute correctly, and offer the license dialog if I manually start it after the mentioned crash.

PS: One more question. You were installing theide to the empty directory or you were doing an update?

I tried both. The crash happens anyway.

I am bringing bad news. Beta4 win package produces the same crash during installation.

Well, I have finaly been able to reproduce the crash (curiously, you have to uninstall previous version to get it...) and I hope I am already on the right track....

BTW, it might sound stupid, but in this case it helped me to know exception code and address.
