[Bug] Windows UI Refresh Missed. [message #15031]

When a commmon window(such as a notepad.exe) move over the upp window slowly, the upp window refresh mess the show part, missing some.
index.php?t=getfile&id=1106&private=0

In this image the head photo is a ImageCtrl, and the Background is a StaticRect.
OS is Win XP.
I found the only classical XP theme can make these happen.

This is very strange, never seen this.

Post a testcase and details (what U++, what OS).

I think it is a M$ Windows bug on Windows XP.
index.php?t=getfile&id=1109&private=0

The screen shot is after the notepad window move from left to the right.
This will not happen every time, but not few.
The upp gui06 would be a testcase.
index.php?t=getfile&id=1110&private=0

The screen shot is after the notepad window move from top to the bottom.
One note, M$ Windows has white rect only in the non-client area, but UPP has more.

So to sum it it, it is not the U++ problem?

(IMO, this looks like driver bug. What is your GFX and driver?)
