CreateRawImageObject creates the RichText object storing it as raw data (in original file format).
This has advantage especially for .jpg images (jpg compression is still used, instead of converting to Image and then to PNG).
Topic++ / Edit / Load image from file... then uses this new function.

useful, but do you mean "Insert image from file" in Topic++ / Edit / ?
