This was discussed several times and I think it is a good idea to start using something to track issues. Let us try sf.net first:

I believe that sf.net version is more feature rich.
I think there is nothing bad using both sites (googlecode and sf.net) and just use what is better.
googlecode seems superior for svn mirror (AFAIK, sf.net cannot be used that way) and automated builds. sf.net for stable builds and now tracker.
