Hi,
I found pretty weird behaviour of theide, when invoking it from command line. When I close some file, it switches me to whatever package was open last time. See the attached video (if Ogg format doesn't suite you well, let me know).

I guess it is connected to the code selecting last used package in package selector. So when I skip the selector by opening the package directly, it still has the information about previous package somewhere...

Fixed. Serialized values were loaded after the command line arguments were applied, overwriting them and causing the confusing effects.
