What is the difference between Splitter and SplitterFrame?

Hi,

I would like to know the answer to the question. Would you mind also explaining what widget is more suitable for what (i.e. advantages and disadvantages).

Many thanks,

Javier

Mostly the difference is in hierarchy of widgets. SplitterFrame adds some subwidget to the frame area of some other widget, reducing its view are and allows the size of that frame area to be adjusted by user.

Splitter works with two peer subwidgets.

I would say, unless you specifically know that you need SplitterFrame, use plain Splitter.
