Could we change ColumnList::RefreshCursor to public? Sometimes I wish to call the Display for the current item without having to refresh the whole widget.

And maybe create a public RefreshItem variant without the second parameter?

I solved the problem in another way, by reassigning the same value to the current cursor.

Fell free to ignore my request of making it public.
