There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers Wink

T++ is not something you could download. If I'm not mistaken, the entire documentation system is referred to as T++ or Topic++, and sometimes also the format in which it is saved is called T++ or tpp (the tpp directories and files). And all of this is integrated inside theide.

I guess there must be some outdated information on the website that lead you to this question... Could you please post links to any such pages, so we can review them and make necessary corrections?

Best regards,
Honza

Thanks Very Happy

I think this mistake is based on my low english skills...
Of course I explain you what lead me to my question.

At the bottom of (every) ultimatepp.org site is a link "Do you want to contribute?" and on the contribute page there's the point "Edit .tpp files using T++" - this leads me to the meaning that T++ is a program and not a standard. And as T++ and Topic++ both starts with a T i thought it's the same.

This tells me that T++ or Topic++ is a tool - a program:
http://ultimatepp.com/app$ide$Topic$en-us.html

"Topic++ is a tool for dealing with application related documents."

Best regards,

Wolfgang

Very Happy Very Happy I understand

A T++ editor is integrated in TheIDE. It edits .tpp files that include rich text pages that can be used from everything:
- Your program help system
- Your program messages
- U++ help system
- U++ web. Yes, U++ translates T++ pages to .html for you or simply www.ultimatepp.org

You have good samples if you look in TheIDE for .tpp files.

The tpp files are part of the packages (even in regular releases). If you want to use the sources from svn, just edit the assemblies to point to the correct directory. In "Select main package" right click on the assembly name and edit the paths.

For that you would need the write access to the SVN. Also, the google code repository, which you are most probably using, is just a read-only mirror Smile So for now it is just okay if you post the changed files here, someone from the devs will upload them for you.
