Hello,

What's up with Google subversion mirror? It hasn't been updated for a while.

Best regards,

frank

Thanks.

Looks like we have exceeded quota (8GB for both downloads and svn). I have tried to delete some downloads, to no avail. Perhaps google needs some time to refresh quota numbers. If it does not start working then, I will move to upp-mirror2 or something like that...

this will bring problems to derived git history again Smile
without starting the same discussion over again...
why not taking the chance moving to gitorious..
upp has become more than just a small project, it's worth it.

Hello,

I agree that anything is better than subversion. If only for the local history. Personally I am a Mercurial adept.
But do you mean that Google only hosts small projects?
Anyway; since the nightly builds were already (re)moved, it may make sense to move to gitorious, github, Bitbucket or what have you. On the other hand, the problems with google hosting seem to me very few. I upgrade from the subversion mirror on a daily basis and seldom had any problems.

Just my 2 cents,

frank

OK, it is now duplicated on http://code.google.com/p/upp-mirror2

I will now delete the original project and recreate later.

Well, it actually looks like googlecode after 2 days adjusted quota w.r.t. deleted downloads, so original upp-mirror works as well...

i'd be great to stay with old upp-mirror URL, w.r.t git history..really, that'd save some bunch of work.

Well, googlecode, after 2 days, finally recognized that I have deleted a lot of downloads, so it now fits again and upp-mirror is up to date.
