Hi,

I upgraded to Kubuntu / Lubuntu (12.04 LTS) and I'm running TheIDE 4899-precise-i386. As it turns out, TheIDE window title bar (or actually the entire window frame) flashes severely whenever the mouse is hovered over the main, pull-down or any context menu items. The severity of the visual flashing effect depends on the difference of colors selected for the active versus passive window. Anyway, the problem is the extraneous window refresh.
