1. Removing "using namespace Upp;" , and using "Upp::" where necessary, works fine until I try to use the layout designer (containing 3 layouts) - it stays in text-mode.

What can I do to keep using the designer without "using namespace Upp;"?

(2. (EditField-problem SOLVED - misbehaving overridden function))

Have you tried Ctrl+T to switch from text to visual in the designer?

Tried that - doesn't work.

I think the problem is within the designer: it looses the attribute-setting options whenever you use Upp:: infront of a control name, e.g. Upp::Button - the button becomes a grayframed rectangle, and the settings-options for Button is missing

I'll have to look at the designer's code to find out what is going wrong ... and I've got an app to code ...
