I doubt that...

What could happen is somebody posts D builder for theide, so you could use it for D. But U++ as library is very C++ specific. I would be like asking boost if it is going to support D....

My opinion is that D should develop it's own gui library. Every other solution would be full of compromises. Language with such a powerful features should make use of them. I was following D mailing list for few years and there were few good native candidates. I wish none of them was really a success..
