[BUG] TheIDE - new layout of "Build Method" window has some misplaced items. [message #42755]

Hello guys,

"Release Mode Defaults" in the new Build Method window has incorrect layout
(Tested under Linux with U++ Nightly r7129, with both X11 and GTK flags.
(See the screenshot below).
