Good news: Compiler from VS 2015 is finally compliant enough to enable new C++11 pick/clone semantics. Therefore this compiler version activates CPP_11 macro and new pick/clone semantics.
In related news, parts of theide that never was compiled in C++11 mode (win32 related stuff) are now fixed...
