I guess that this is a controversial topic and that a lot of work was put into it, but translations of website pages become seriously outdated.

I am afraid that we do not have at the moment resources to maintain website in 8 languages. Besides, it is a bit hard to even imagine C++ programmer without basic english knowledge.

I suggest to remove page translation option from the web, at least temporarily. (Not going to delete translated files in the process).
