I used theIDE to add a language to the .t file as 'thTH'.
However the compiler generates an error:

error: use of undeclared identifier 'thTH'

'thTH' for Thai (Thailand).

We are running on Linux Mint with U++ upp-x11-src-9604 snapshot.
