Uninstall doesn't remove the upp directory [message #7044]

I just uninstalled my 610dev4 version, but my upp directory was not deleted, the file was theide.exe and dbghelp.dll

Then i tried with latest 612dev1, the result was same, the upp directory was not removed. I tried with default location c:upp and other at e:upp.

I use winxp japanese at home.
