When using script under Setup->Build Methods...,
is there any way somewhere to specify custom error for output window to click and go to it.

I have something like this now, but it doesn't do anything.
Error( 18) C:\programi\zz_upp_myApps\Test\Test.cpp(6): Undefined symbol 'sa' in function WinMain

Maybe it would be a good idea to specify it directly in 'scriptName.bsc'.
By the way, what does that 'Lock link mode' do?
