Win32 U++ now ships with SDL2, SDLSoundDemo example [message #51087]

Title tells most of it... For the next release I decided to ship some libraries with Win32 release so that it all works instantly out of box. In addition to SDL2, I also plan PGSQL and MYSQL client libraries to ship with U++.

Also I have added a little sound demo to examples...
