- fixed issue in allocator that was occasionally causing debug mode ASSERT failure after thread termination
- resolved \r\n issues in IconDes / LayDes (these are now detected and stored in same format, solves issues with svn/git)
- fixed problem when during .ico export, unused pallete entries were not initialized, causing again unnecessary commits with svn/git
