Drag&Drop seem to fail in Windows [message #52690]

Drag&Drop seems to fail in Windows 10 and 7. MSC and MinGW.
DropFiles demo fails to accept any file by drag&drop, although it does accept them with Ctrl-V (paste).
Code compiled weeks ago works without problems.
Please check it.
