I've created a public U++ related group on Telegram: https://t.me/ultimatepp
It is similar to an U++ group on Slack, except you do not need to ask for permission to join the group, Telegram clients are tiny (no JavaScript is involved), can be installed on any platform, and do not contain any adds.
This group can be used to post large files, which are not permitted by the forum, or to discuss not very important problems like build errors.
