Added:
- Method CParser::operator bool() const { return !IsEof(); }
- IDE: new option that shows virtual methods (ALT + V)

Fixed:

- assist++: problem with qualification of nested base class types
- uvs2: fixed to compile, replacing its DocTypes dependence.
- core: bug in heap allocator that devastated the performance of
String in small programs (allocating only a little memory)

Modified:

- uvs2: differential view temporaly removed
- assist++: optimized parser (now it needs only 80ms to rescan the file and requalify the database)
