windows Xp dual monitors issue [message #10733]

Hello,
I am having a small issue ( but annoying ) with latest version I don't remember I
had before.
If I open the ide on a pc with 2 monitors, one with normal
horizontal orientation, the other with vertical orientation,
it opens on monitor1 which is horizontal one.
Now if I move the ide to the vertical one and click zoom button,
the window does not expand to the full heigth of the monitor,
but keeps the heigth of the horizontal one. Only width expands.
Any idea ?
