Is there a way to automatically generate .h and .cpp files for the selected layout, e.g.
1) create a layout
2) click to produce .h file with class definition like "class MyCls : public WithMyLayout<ParentCtrl>". and a .cpp file with implementation of the constructor with "CtrlLayout( *this );" ?
