Hello friends

do somebody have experience DB applications with PostgreSQL and succeed in compile under MingW?

I try to include <Postgresql/Postgresql.h> in my project and I got an error indicating that libpq-fe.h was not available. I've downloaded that header from Koders website and the same error is remaining (????)

So I would be grateful for some help
