BarPane::GetPaneSize( b, INT_MAX ) fails? [message #20127]

Examining code for BarPane::GetPaneSize() and for BarPane::Repos() shows an apparent error in which the second parameter value is modified by removing 2 * a margin value, but later tested against INT_MAX. I don't know when one would call either of these with INT_MAX as an argument, but the test would fail unless the margin was zero.
