A very promising C++ framework to help creating websites, web applications:
CppCMS — C++ Web Framework

U++ permit too,

BUT, usualy, web sites are updated very often without to stop the server. In this case, is better to use PHP, Java, ..., or JavaScriptWebServer (v8cgi : http://code.google.com/p/v8cgi/).

Best regards,
Ion
