Two new diagnostic features to avoid common errors:

In debug mode, CtrlCore now stops when it detects that widgets has beed initialized before GUI_APP_MAIN (global variable).

Also, ASSERT has been put into Ctrl constructor and Refresh methods to require GuiLock being locked for non-main threads.
