[FEATURE] Improving CSS Highlight [message #42870]

Hello,

I thinkt that current IDE CSS higlight is not very good, because it depends in too many ways on C++ highlight. So, I decided to imrpove it a little bit.

P.S.
In near feature I can write HTML highlight, too.
