Some improvements in theide:

- loading of large text files is optimized, loading 100MB file now takes about 0.5s (I know it might sound weird, but I have to deal with long logs quite often)
- in files >1MB, incremental find is set off on opening find dialog
- Jump to definition (Alt+J) now works on local variables too and places the cursor on item ID (instead of beggining of line)
