We should target as much distribution as we can - especially that this is compilation problem - so we can fix it easily.
Bug #1592 (Approved): Fix warning in MSC - Vcont.hpp(728): warning C4267: '=': conversion from 's...https://www.ultimatepp.org/redmine/issues/15922016-12-31T22:51:51ZZbigniew Rebacz

The foal of this task is to deliver new ESC standard library functions.

More information about addition in diff.
Task #1552 (Approved): Add DeQtf documentationhttps://www.ultimatepp.org/redmine/issues/15522016-10-11T20:33:43ZZbigniew Rebacz

I cannot commit due to limitation in privileges - i cannot add any file to RichText package.
Feature #1540 (Approved): Two new Esc ide macros - GetLineLength() & Target()https://www.ultimatepp.org/redmine/issues/15402016-09-26T17:54:53ZZbigniew Rebacz

I think it would be nice to add more macros on TheIDE side:
- GetLineLength(line) - returns the line length on given line
- Target() - returns target (However target variable is generated on first build - can we obtain this variable faster?)
Feature #1527 (Approved): Log syntax should recognize "warn" keywoard as failure linehttps://www.ultimatepp.org/redmine/issues/15272016-09-18T11:52:55ZZbigniew Rebacz

The line with WARN should be highlighted as error.

Consider: adding orange color for warning instead of red.
Feature #1523 (Approved): FindFile should draw icon based on file extensionhttps://www.ultimatepp.org/redmine/issues/15232016-09-14T19:24:48ZZbigniew Rebacz

Main changes:
- FindFile code now in separate file FindFile.cpp.
- FindFile refactor and rewrite as class.
- FindFile now has got display that draws files icons.
- OK is disabled when there is now files for given query.
Bug #1515 (Approved): HTML list should be outside when exporting rich texthttps://www.ultimatepp.org/redmine/issues/15152016-08-21T17:24:26ZZbigniew Rebacz

I think we have got problem with exporting list - it is not exactly the same list we have got in our rich text editor. The problem here is that when text is longer it starts when bullet point starts. In my opinion it doesn't look grate - and should be fixed and backported.

Here is solution (RichText/EncodeHTML.cpp - line 75)

style << ";list-style-position:outside;";

Above solution is 100% compatible with our current RichText implementation. Moreover it should help our online documentation to look better.
Bug #1490 (Approved): Semicolon at the end of END_NAMESPACE_UPP is redurdanthttps://www.ultimatepp.org/redmine/issues/14902016-07-02T18:13:44ZZbigniew Rebacz

The is not need to have semicolon at the end of namespace, so it should be removed from END_UPP_NAMESPACE

This should fix warning when -Wall flag is enable for GCC:

#define END_UPP_NAMESPACE };

Should be

#define END_UPP_NAMESPACE }

Feature #1488 (Approved): HTML RichText encoder should support linespacinghttps://www.ultimatepp.org/redmine/issues/14882016-06-29T20:27:43ZZbigniew Rebacz

Currently there is no way to view linespacing on html RichText export. I attached patch that solve that issue.

I think the problem is in RegisterSystemHotkey method.
Bug #1449 (Approved): Fix compilation issue with makefile (Add -std=c++0x or -std=c++11 option)https://www.ultimatepp.org/redmine/issues/14492016-05-08T16:36:50ZZbigniew Rebacz

Current makefile for POSIX dosen't work because we need to enable c++11.
Task #1448 (Rejected): Restore documentation for RGBA and PrimitiveTypes (Deleted in 9809 revision)https://www.ultimatepp.org/redmine/issues/14482016-05-08T08:11:23ZZbigniew Rebacz

We need this kind of documentation, because we pointed to this type in other places. ImageBuffer for example points to RGBA. The same scenario is with primitive tpes like dword byte etc. I know that maybe this documentation is not perfect, but it would be better if it exists rather that it is not.

I think we should revert this changes.

Moreover we should refer as many things we pointed in documentation.
