In attached example MyCtrl is not able to recieve MOUSEENTER, MOUSELEAVE, LEFTDOWN of its DropList' right button child. Why?
What's ineresting LEFTUP (0x91 - LEFT|UP) is available.

Because they happen in frame, not view - and there was no ChildFrameMouseEvent yet.

Now there is Smile (Synced too).
