IMAGECLASS::Iml() crashes [message #23992]

windows xp. my project ran well. but U++ 1805 & 1811 built program crashes. MSC9 debug/optimal. failure stack is as below,

_cinit()
_initterm()
...
IMAGECLASS_Reg::IMAGECLASS_Reg()
IMAGECLASS::Register__()
IMAGECLASS::Iml()
Upp::Iml::Iml()
Upp::Iml::Init(n=9)
Upp::AMap<...
...

but this .iml and my .lay works fine if i create a new program and replace put these two files in it.
in Package Organizer, it's configured to use
CtrLib,
ezcommon (a library by me),
ws2_32,
-DULTIMATEPP.
& packages include, Core, CtrlCore, CtrlLib, Draw, PdfDraw, RichText, plugin/bmp, plugin/png, plugin/z
