Hello All,
I propose to add 2 new callbacks:
Callback OnSetRange;
Callback OnSetXYMin;
This callbacks are need when synchronize 2 scatter controls.
Flat files are attached!

P.S. A also propose to add new methods:
double GetXMinUnit () const {return xMinUnit;}
double GetYMinUnit () const {return yMinUnit;}

Perfect.
Is it better WhenSetRange than OnSetRange?. I think When is more used in callbacks.
