It would be nice to enable FTS (full-text search) in SQLITE by default.

The only change, which is required, is changing compiler options to "-DSQLITE_ENABLE_FTS4 -DSQLITE_ENABLE_FTS3_PARENTHESIS".

That shouldn't increase size of executable significantly.
