Yes, it is. In that case:

This is one of the reasons why I have been restucturing our forums and making some smaller pieces, otherwise users would have recieved A LOT of e-mails. But from now I'm enabling this feature. So, the users must be just more careful to what they subscribe...

But to subscribe to ALL forums you must go through all of them and click on "SUBSCRIBE" link.
