Oups, my mistake Embarassed

I forgot to add it into the postinst script that creates the settings when the package is installed on ubuntu... It should be fixed in tomorrows nightly build. Users with existing installations might need to copy /usr/share/upp/GCC.bm into /home/<user>/.upp/ (unless they already fixed it manually of course). Newly installed apps should be ok.
