Is there a way to set a RichEdit control readonly, while still let the user scroll and select/copy text from it?

Hi Matthias,
You could try RichTextView object. A code snippet can be seen in RawRichText example in reference assembly shipped with Upp installation.
In this sample, some richtext can be selected using mouse and no modification can be done.
I do not know if this is what you expect but you should have a glance to the code.

SetReadOnly...
Anyway, while ScrollBar worked, there was a bug with copy (it was disabled). Should be now OK.
