Hi Forlano!
I'd place downloaded upp/uppsrc folder at home folder
I used make in ide folder.
All ok.
After this, I put binary theide to /usr/bin

PS
I used raspbian operating system.

PSPS
working application under RPI under U++
index.php?t=getfile&id=4866&private=0
