under windows 10 (x64) I have installed Visual Studio 2015 and tried using 'Instant setup...' (from instructions in 'Ultimate++ Windows releases' page) but the building method was not recognized.
the only real difference is that I have installed VS 2015 in a different location then default, is it because of this?
