As upp is not very library sensitive. To help promoting upp, it will be worthwide to look for some installer that could install the whole upp packages together with "theide" into respective operating systems(linux & M$).

I was thinking about something similar, however the problem at the moment is:
- I do not quite like "internet installers" (downloading needed parts)
- Common Win32/MS installer would result in duplicating executables -> longer file to download.
