Quote:You should be able to compile 32-bit application on 64-bit operating system.
Thanks, that's the information I was looking for. I'm available to help solve this.
Quote: on my Windows 10 it works well (not fresh U++ instalation)
From then on I tried running theide.exe or theide32.exe or gcc.exe in compatibility mode Windows 7. It didn't solve.
Quote: I will check this problem one more time with fresh U++ installation
Note that after some compilation re-run, it manage to build it due to file caching. Compiling another example bring back the problem on other files.
Searches for "cc1plus.exe crash windows8.1" gives many results. Has Mingw to be updated ?
U++ version 11390 (64bits)(GCC)(C++11) on win8.1 64bits intel x64
