patch:improvement to docking, to be able to move tabs in a menu [message #49884]

Hi ,

I extended tabbar.cpp..

When using docking library, you may have noticed that it is hard to move tabs..
This is what is solved by this patch.

I added new lines to a context menu, "move after/move before menu" to be able to move tabs more easily.

I attached patch.
